mogumogu.ai helps you plan meals, create grocery lists, browse recipes, and find restaurants or takeout options. You are responsible for deciding whether any recommendation, recipe, ingredient, restaurant, or grocery item is appropriate for you and your household.

You may use the app only if you can legally agree to these terms. If you use mogumogu.ai on behalf of a household or organization, you confirm that you have permission to do so.

You can use some features with an anonymous session. Account features require accurate sign-up information and secure credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password and sign-in methods safe.

Household workspaces are shared spaces. Members may be able to see plans, preferences, grocery lists, saved places, recipes, and membership details associated with that household.

mogumogu.ai is not medical, nutrition, allergy, or dietetic advice. Meal plans and recipes may contain errors, omissions, substitutions, or ingredients that are unsafe or unsuitable for a particular person.

Always review ingredients, labels, preparation steps, restaurant information, and allergen risks before buying, preparing, serving, or eating food. For medical or dietary questions, consult a qualified professional.

You are responsible for recipes, images, reviews, notes, nicknames, and other content you submit. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or invasive of privacy.

If you make a recipe public, you grant mogumogu.ai permission to host, display, reproduce, resize, moderate, and distribute that recipe and related images or metadata as part of the service. Public recipes may show your nickname as author attribution.

We may remove, reject, edit metadata for, or limit access to content when needed to operate the app, enforce these terms, comply with law, or protect users.

Features such as Google sign-in, Google Calendar, Google Places, Maps-related data, reCAPTCHA, hosting, storage, and other infrastructure may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and policies may apply.

Restaurant details, ratings, hours, menus, availability, pricing, and map information can change and may be inaccurate. Confirm important details directly with the restaurant or provider.

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its systems, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data at scale, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, bypass rate limits or security controls, or use the app to harm others.

Do not use mogumogu.ai to create or share unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise abusive material.

mogumogu.ai may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms as the app evolves. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last updated.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used the app unlawfully.

The app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that plans, recipes, grocery lists, restaurant suggestions, integrations, or generated content will be accurate, complete, safe, available, or suitable for your needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mogumogu.ai and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, food-related harms, or third-party service issues arising from your use of the app.
